As a listing agent, I have never had a mortgage representative contact me prior to receiving a contract from a buyer.  Cody Reid called me when the buyer's agent was sending the contract, explained their process and assured me that it would be handled very efficiently.  Appraisal was back in less than 24 hours from the time the appraiser visited the property.  Loan closed and funded with no issues, and I had a happy seller.  Highly recommend this company!

Cody and his team handled the refinance of our home after another lender dropped the ball. They were professional, friendly and most importantly very responsive and quick.  We were able to secure an excellent rate because of the speed and efficiency of his team. We also saved money during the process due to the keen eye of his team members. After closing, we had some questions regarding a home improvement loan. Even though it is not in his scope of business, Cody didn't hesitate to jump on a call, answer questions and provide a great contact for our needs. We highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
